Key responsibilities:
Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, encompassing full cycle of user acquisition management
Testing of new Paid Social and other performance channels and technologies
Working with and managing a number of projects with 6-figure monthly budgets
Analytics of key indicators in all channels: CAC, ROMI/ROAS, CRs, LTV, etc.
Ongoing testing of creatives, various funnels and strategies
Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy for the brands together with the team.
Key requirements:
At least a year of experience with Paid Social traffic sources (Meta Ads) with B2C products preferably aimed at Tier1 countries
Deep understanding of digital marketing and lead generation domain
Ability to research, replicate and come up with new creative ideas and funnels for traffic generation
Ability relentlessly execute your ideas to get things done, to tackle problems on your own as well as being a team player
Strong analytical skills: experience working with data and metrics as well as data-driven decision-making
Upper-Intermediate English.
