Due to the rapid development of the emerging business segment of social gaming for Tier-1 countries, our team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic User Acquisition Manager to join our Paid Search team.

Working with us, you will have a wide freedom of action and space for your growth, spanning from full control over the acquisition, to unlimited budgets, as well as working with Tier-1 GEO with an audience of 300+ million people.

Due to the rapid development of the emerging business segment of social gaming for Tier-1 countries, our team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic User Acquisition Manager to join our Paid Search team.

Working with us, you will have a wide freedom of action and space for your growth, spanning from full control over the acquisition, to unlimited budgets, as well as working with Tier-1 GEO with an audience of 300+ million people. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, encompassing both search and non-search campaigns (Performance, DemandGen, UACs etc.)

  • Working with and managing a number of projects with 6-figure monthly budgets

  • Analytics of key indicators in all channels: CAC, ROMI/ROAS, CRs, LTV, etc.

  • Ongoing testing of keywords, messages, various funnels and strategies

  • Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy for the brands together with the team.

Key requirements:

  • At least a year of experience with Paid Search traffic sources (Google Ads, Bing Ads) with B2C products preferably aimed at Tier1 countries

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and lead generation domain

  • Ability relentlessly execute your ideas to get things done, to tackle problems on your own as well as being a team player

  • Strong analytical skills: experience working with data and metrics as well as data-driven decision-making

  • Upper-Intermediate English.
